Normally my job is quite dull. That's not to say that I don't enjoy what I do, its just that it's not really the most exciting job I've ever had. Today however should be a bit better. Assuming the fog lifts a little bit. I'm meant to go on a 'jolly' on a Lynx helicopter today. Its one of those things I've wanted to do my entire life, and now because of where I work the opportunity has arisen.

Sadly, the weather is truly rubbish. Rain is coming down sideways and the fog is so thick you can't see very far. I'm meant to be flying at 1200 so we'll see if it lifts a little by then.

Nope. No flight today. but that's alright, I'm still at the top of the civilian flying list... so I'll get up eventually.
